Class Offerings

Note: you do not need to be a student of Lesley University participate in class.

ALL RANKS KARATE CLASSES:

All Ranks includes beginners, novice, intermediate and advanced students. Classes are open to adults and children age 8 and above. All ranks class consists of warm-up exercises, Kata (form), Self-defense techniques, and Kumite (sparring).

Classes are offered on an ongoing monthly basis and beginners are welcome to start at any time during the month.

ADVANCED CLASS:

Advanced Class is for brown and black belts only. Advanced class consists of Advanced Kata and techniques.
